36 Days of Type 2023
A typographic challenge annually assigns one character/numeral per day, April through mid-May. I decided to give it a shot, sticking to a four color palette (plus grey and white), and experimenting with mid-century modern style. I made a list of alphabetical things about me, did lots of research, then tried not to overthink it. Rather than worry about planning a cohesive set ahead of time, I took about 2-3hrs on average per day to spontaneously create. Ended up investing under 90hrs of work overall and only had to make up 2 days total!
Despite the terror of sharing your work, I actually quite enjoyed it. Maybe you will, too.
